Dhriti grew up immersed in a family of filmmakers, where creativity flowed through her veins.But when a global pandemic upended her world, she traded the glittering lights of Los Angeles for the innovation of the San Francisco Bay Area. At a pivotal moment in her career, she boldly embraced change, earning an MBA and venturing into the world of finance at a global company. Throughout this journey, Dhriti often felt adrift, craving a community of like-minded individuals for guidance and support. This experience sparked her passion to create a space where people can connect, mentor, and inspire each other to chase their dreams with courage and conviction.Alongside Piyashi, she envisions a community that helps individuals unlock theirpotential and achieve their dreams. Dhriti works at JP Morgan Chase as a Client Services Manager.

Her management philosophy focuses on emotional intelligence and collaboration. Mentorship has shaped her journey, and she’s passionate aboutpaying it forward. Through coaching and resume reviews, Piyashi has helped others navigatetheir career path.
